New report on credit union collaboration in the USA

Finthropology are pleased to announce the release of a new report, Small Credit Union Collaboration: Sharing Knowledge, Services, and People in a Digital Economy, published by the Filene Research Institute and CUNA Mutual Group.

The report investigates how small credit unions in the USA collaborate with each other to survive and thrive in a challenging economic environment. It explores new opportunities and risks in small credit union back-office collaboration with a focus on technology, infrastructure, governance, and culture.

Finthropology would like to thank contributing authors Taylor Nelms and Anna Bruzgulis, both at Filene, for their support. A big thanks also to the credit union leaders who generously contributed case studies to the report.

The report can be downloaded from the Filene website.
